Quality Control Services
The Quality Control team will be led by an experienced and qualified Quality Control Manager (QCM) who will report directly to the Construction Manager as well as liaison directly with the Quality Assurance Manager and will follow the approved Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) that details the processes and procedures for the managing, inspecting, testing, documenting all the construction planning and production work on site.
